This image of the Bass Harbor Marsh is composed of 14 individual shots taken at 100mm. I had gone out to photograph the Bass Harbor Light at sunrise and on the way back to the Seawall campground I passed this marsh. After going another mile or so down 102a, I decided to turn back. I didn't notice the great blue heron feeding until after I had setup my tripod and camera.
