This image of the shoreline at Gentle Annie on the west coast of New Zealand's South Island is composed of 16 individual shots taken at 200mm. My sister lives here, and this tree stood, listing to its side, at the mouth of the Mokihinui River where it enters the Tasman Sea, for many years. Shortly after I took these shots, a storm knocked this landmark from its perch.
